A political group got together and took out an ad in the New York Times for Independence Day. It’s my opinion that political activism is most crucial in desperate times. Citizens have to get informed and get involved to keep crazy rulers in check, and at the end of the day, it’s the people who really change things, not just new government officials. Just found these videos for the custom-built Readybot, a robot designed by a team of senior engineers from Silicon Valley. It is meant to clean things up a bit around the house and do various menial tasks. I think it’s a dreadful name and that maybe they should have gone with something like Rosie and given it a frilly apron, but I digress. I think it’s pretty awesome as it is, and the bot even has an onboard roomba! Videos after the break.
